A broker will, in accordance with the demands and needs of the contractor, take part in drawing up and carrying out a public sale and enforcing a public procurement contract, gathering and analyzing tenders, and enforcing contracts of the so-called simple procurement for all types of insurance demanded by the contractor. 

Upon completion of the public bidding or the simple procurement, a broker will provide professional support for the entire time of the insurance, that is, the general agreement. This includes controlling and checking the contents of insurance policies and providing assistance with the rights and obligations arising from the insurance policy for the duration of the contract. Furthermore, assistance is provided for resolving damages claims addressed at the insurance company.
